OUR MINISTRY VALUES
Everything we do is rooted in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. The Gospel is not only the message we preach; it is the foundation upon which we live, serve, and lead. We believe the power of God for salvation is revealed through the Good News of Jesus Christ (Romans 1:16). Therefore, our preaching, worship, outreach, discipleship, and counseling are all anchored in Christ and Him crucified (1 Corinthians 2:2). The Gospel shapes our identity, transforms our hearts, restores hope, and directs our mission, ensuring that Christ remains the center of all we do.
We are committed to cultivating a disciple-making culture marked by intentional spiritual growth. Jesus calls us not only to believe, but to follow and be transformed (Matthew 4:19). We pursue this transformation through five key rhythms: worship, family, service, stewardship, and witness. These rhythms shape how we love God, walk in community, serve others, manage what God has entrusted to us, and boldly share our faith. Our goal is to present every believer mature in Christ (Colossians 1:28), equipping disciples to live faithfully, lead responsibly, and multiply the life of Christ in others.
We are committed to fostering environments where people experience genuine belonging through meaningful relationships. We believe spiritual growth happens best in community, not in isolation. Through small groups, mentorship, and authentic relationships, we create spaces where believers are encouraged, supported, and strengthened in their faith (Hebrews 10:24–25). Following the model of the early Church, we prioritize unity, shared life, and mutual care (Acts 2:44–47). In community, hearts are healed, faith is stirred, and lives are transformed as we grow together in love, accountability, and purpose.
We believe that genuine faith must be expressed through love and action. Compassionate service is the outward evidence of an inward faith. We are committed to meeting both spiritual and practical needs by running food banks, literacy initiatives, and healing programs that restore dignity and hope. Scripture teaches us that true worship involves caring for the hungry, the oppressed, and the vulnerable (Isaiah 58:6–10). When we serve others, we serve Christ Himself (Matthew 25:40). Through acts of compassion, we reflect the heart of Jesus and demonstrate the Gospel in tangible, life-changing ways.
We believe that both leaders and members are called to live lives marked by holiness, integrity, and transparency. Leadership is not about position, but about example, as we serve God’s people with humility and accountability (1 Peter 5:2–3). We are committed to the faithful and responsible stewardship of all that God entrusts to us—our time, talents, finances, and influence. Scripture reminds us that it is required of stewards to be found faithful (1 Corinthians 4:2). Through integrity and wise stewardship, we honor God, build trust, and protect the credibility of our witness.
A Life of Prayer
Prayer is a core value of our ministry and essential to the fulfillment of God’s purposes. We believe that prayer is the divine channel through which heaven partners with earth and that God’s will is activated through a praying people. Throughout Scripture, prayer consistently produces spiritual manifestation—bringing direction, deliverance, strength, and transformation.
The Bible commands us to pray without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17), calling us to a continual posture of dependence and alignment with God. Jesus instructs us to ask, seek, and knock (Matthew 7:7–8), revealing that prayer is central to an active and obedient faith.
We believe neglecting prayer leads to spiritual weakness and compromise, while a life of prayer guards the heart and sharpens discernment (Matthew 26:41). Prayer is powerful and effective (James 5:16) and remains our first response, not our last. For this reason, prayer is at the very heart of our ministry.
