Role: Elders /Pastors

Qualifications: Biblically trained, morally mature, prayerful

Responsibilities: Preach, teach, protect doctrine, provide pastoral   care

Role: Deacons

Qualifications: Servant-hearted, organized, hospitable

Responsibilities: Support logistics, oversee care ministries, and   support members

Role: Volunteers

Qualifications: Committed, reliable, spiritually aligned

Responsibilities: Serve in areas such as welcome teams, kids'   ministry, outreach

Leadership Guidelines:

● Walk by faith and maintain a strong personal devotional life (Micah 6:8; Romans 12:1).

● Preserve confidentiality, and handle all church matters with discretion (Proverbs 11:13).

● Promote a Christ-centered, inclusive culture marked by humility and grace (Philippians 2:3-5).
